Ingredients:
- Noodles of your choice (we used homemade springy noodles)
Sauce.
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp shallot oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar – Toh’s Daily Chilli Sauce
Instructions:
- Blanch the noodles to prepare for stir-frying.
- Mix all sauce ingredients and mix.
- Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
- If you have any extra sauce, use it as a topping with any leftover vegetables!
- Our pick is to have it with stir-fried ladies fingers with a sprinkle of Belacan.
