Lemon Shou Si Ji (Hand Shredded: Torn Chicken)

Our take on the Lemon Shou Si Ji (hand shredded/torn chicken) is one flavourful bowl of white meat. Since the chicken is shredded, every little piece of meat soaks up the goodness of the sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- Half lemon
- Chopped Chili padi
- Chopped Garlic
- 2 tbsp Toh’s Daily
- 2 tsp of hot oil
- Pinch of white sesame
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of black vinegar
Instructions:
- Boiled the chicken breast, shred it and set aside.
- Get a bowl, mix in all the ingredients and it is ready to be served.
Have it with rice or on it’s own – it’s one dish that carries the ‘bang’ you need to vibe along to your week..
