Okra in Spicy Oyster Sauce
A quick & healthy recipe that you can make under 15 minutes! The mild flavour of this green veggie tastes great when paired with a simple special oyster sauce that you can concoct with Toh’s Daily.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams okra
- 1 garlic
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon of water
- 1 tablespoons Toh’s Daily Extra Spicy
Instructions:
- Boil a pot of water, add a little salt and a few drops of oil, then pour in cut okra and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the okra, let it cool.
- Take a small bowl, pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, Toh’s Daily, add a little water and stir it to make the sauce.
- Mince the garlic. Add oil to the pan, pour the minced garlic and stir-fry until golden.
- Mix the sauce and the boiled okra.
- Plate it and top it with some fried minced garlic before serving.
