Spicy Steamed Prawn
Not your average wrap. Here’s a great n’ lite pre-workout meal that you can have a few hours before exercising!
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise
- Some fresh basil or any greens
- Sweetcorn
- Butter
- Tortilla Wraps
- Canned Tuna
- Toh’s Daily extra spicy
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cheddar cheese slices
Instructions:
- Melt a small amount of butter in a pan and fry together with some sweet corn.
- Put in canned tuna and as well as some Toh’s daily (according to your spiciness tolerance) and mix all together.
- Lay the tortilla wrap on the chopping board, spread lightly with a little bit of mayonnaise as base, put mixed corn tuna , cut cherry tomatoes, greens and lastly top with some cheese slices.
- Then roll them up tightly and securely.
