Toh's Spicy Chicken Ham Rice
Toh’s Daily serving you yet another mouthwatering recipe:
Ingredients:
- 400g Chicken Ham
- 150g diced long bean
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 poached eggs
Sauce:
- 1 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp white pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Toh’s Daily extra spicy Chili Garlic
Instructions:
- Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick pan. Add the chicken ham and spread it with your spatula. Let it cook without touching until the bottom is browned.
- Add the ginger. Cook and stir occasionally, until the edges are lightly browned. Add in diced long bean.
- Pour in the mixed sauce, Stir to mix well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce is thicken.
- Your pan should still have some sauce left, just enough to cover the chicken ham.
- Serve it with a bowl of white rice and a poached egg on top!
