Toh's Style Bibimbap
The very well known korean hot stone mixed rice – Did you know, Bibimbap is considered one of the most healthy and complete meals you can make?
It covers all 3 of the important macronutrients.
Use Toh’s Daily instead of doenjang/gochujang for a different deal to this delicious messy rice bowl!
Toh’s Style Bibimbap
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl of rice
- Small bunch of spinach
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small cucumber
- 100g canned tuna
- 1 egg
- Onion rings
- 2 tablespoons Toh’s Daily spicy chili garlic
Instructions:
- Prepare your vegetables. Wash the bean spinach, and then julienne the carrot and cucumber.
- Stir fry the spinach and carrot separately for about 5 minutes, add in a small pinch of salt for seasoning purpose and set aside.
- Sautee some yellow onion and set aside.
- Cook the eggs sunny side up, leaving the yolks runny.
- To serve, put your rice at the bottom and top with some tuna, seasoned spinach, cooked carrots, kimchi, julienned cucumber, sauteed onion and egg.
- Serve with 2 tablespoon of Toh’s Daily, (optional) sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
